Great food! Krab Rangoon and sticky belly were so yummy!! Also enjoyed the California Roll. Prepared as requested. Recommend!

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Minnesota. The food: Fresh, super flavorful, wonderfully large portions for left overs, and a great variety. Not to mention, this is an actual authentic Balinese restuarant. The staff: From the owner down, I have NEVER had a single issue. They are always very friendly, treat you like they actually want to have you there, and are always on top of things without being in your face all the time. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. In summer gets busy (with good reason) but I HIGHLY recommend waiting if you need to. This is a true gem of the Duluth food scene.

I'm here from out of town, smelled delicious smells when the door opened while I was walking by and I decided to stop in for a bite and a drink. The bar was full, but since Bent Paddle allows for walk-in food, I decided to order takeout. I agor a drink while I was waiting. Everything was tasty (I got the Bali wings) and all the staff were welcoming and genuine. It's refreshing when staff seems to really appreciate your presence as they do here.

The food, service and ambiance are just perfect. We ordered Nasi Goreng, Sate Ayam, Nasi Campur and all so delicious! As Indonesian, I can say they are very authentic Indonesian dishes... We even going to order some take out so we can bring some dishes back to Minneapolis. I definitely highly recommend this restaurant!

I've had this place on my list for a while, so was happy to take it off on 9/29/24 at 2:30pm. Because of the time, there were not many in the restaurant, so our service was quick. I'm not sure how it differs at peak hours. Our server was friendly and happy to recommend dishes for us first-time visitors. My friend and I went for the yellow curry (called mama mus on the menu) and a pork belly bowl, both were generous portions, which I was glad as it was a bit expensive at $15 and $20 respectively. The spice level of the curry was satisfactory and the pork belly had a great texture and I love the addition of the crunchy salad and wonton crisps. Despite the price, I will be back next time I'm up in Duluth! Parking: free on-street

We had a wonderful experience at Bali! Fresh and flavorful sushi, we had three rolls, all were delicious. Great drink options and non sushi options as well. Clean and hip atmosphere and very friendly service!

So glad we stopped in here! The sushi was incredibly fresh and the best I've had since moving to the Midwest. The menu in person is a bit different than what is displayed online. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and I cannot remember what was in the spoon, but it was tuna and delicious! The lemongrass and lemonade was light and refreshing. Service was quick and consistent. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. Would definitely recommend, parking was much easier to find as opposed to downtown.

Definitely a go back spot. Small dining area and very busy on a Tuesday evening. Like every restaurant in the area parking is difficult. Service was great. Drinks were good and everyone enjoyed their dish.

I was in Duluth for the first time with my daughter and she found Bali Asian Cuisine for us to have dinner our first night there. I'm Vegan , she is not. This place was so great. It's beautiful , was obviously popular with the locals, the staff were so friendly and the food/drink menus were fantastic! I was able to order a couple of things vegan right off the menu and when I asked about a particular entree the bartender went back and confirmed it could be made vegan with the chef. Did I mention it was a packed house , so we had full service at the bar opposed to waiting for a table? I'm so glad we did. The drinks were fire! I could see this place thriving in the Bay Area (which is hard for even the best in the Bay!). The chef came out and served my dish (Cap Cay) and it was not only beautifully fresh and filling, it was delicious. So far Bali Asian Cuisine has been my favorite part of Minnesota .
